The WTX-500 packs ultrafiltration, reverse osmosis, and automated CIP self-cleaning into a single 12-meter containerized skid. It arrives plumbed, wired, and factory wet-tested — typical time from truck to treated water is four days.
Designed for food and beverage wash-down lines, MRF process water, and vehicle-wash recycling, the skid returns up to 88% of inflow at reuse grade. Concentrate management options include evaporation feed, digester feed, or sewer discharge under standard permits.
Up to four skids link into a single control system for 2,000 m³/day capacity, with staged startup so treatment scales with production.
